1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phi999 ("phi999," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the phi999 online gaming platform, including all games, account services, promotions, payment features, and any other services offered through phi999 (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the phi999 website, completing the phi999 login process, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phi999 Platform and close your account. Continued use of phi999 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the phi999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming law. phi999 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will request government-issued identification to verify your age at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. phi999 is operated under Philippine gaming regulations and is intended for use by players in the Philippines.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to use phi999.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phi999 or by PAGCOR or any other regulatory body. Attempting to access phi999 while subject to a self-exclusion order is a breach of these Terms.
• Employees: Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of phi999, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotions on the Platform.

phi999 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility requirements are not met. Any winnings or bonuses accrued in an ineligible account may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the phi999 Platform, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to phi999 account registration and maintenance:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) phi999 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. phi999 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be permanently suspended and all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals will be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phi999 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your phi999 login details with any third party. phi999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your phi999 account, you must contact phi999 support immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification

phi999 is required by Philippine gaming regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. phi999 may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay until KYC verification is completed to our satisfaction.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phi999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. phi999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. phi999 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your phi999 account. phi999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5. phi999 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

phi999 complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. phi999 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and to freeze or close accounts where money laundering activity is suspected. Depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity is prohibited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phi999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all phi999 bonuses and promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), and expiry period for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, per promotion period, unless otherwise stated.
• phi999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• phi999 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine gaming activity.
• Players who have opted for self-exclusion or who have set deposit limits that prevent normal gameplay are not eligible to receive or wager bonus funds.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phi999 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, Hi-Lo, Multi Bet, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

phi999's Random Number Generator (RNG) games are independently audited for fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same regulatory oversight as phi999's other game offerings.

phi999 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical malfunction, software error, or any other circumstance that has materially affected the integrity of the game outcome. In such cases, phi999 will endeavor to restore affected player balances to their pre-game state.

The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the phi999 Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phi999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using phi999 if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or using more than one phi999 account.
• Using phi999 for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the phi999 Platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the phi999 Platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phi999 staff or other players.
• Accessing phi999 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Attempting to access phi999 while subject to a self-exclusion order.

8. Responsible Gaming

phi999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. phi999 complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your phi999 account to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your phi999 account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the phi999 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period and will be processed within 24 hours of your request.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phi999 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of phi999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phi999 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any phi999 content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phi999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phi999 Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phi999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phi999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phi999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phi999 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

11. Privacy & Data

phi999 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using phi999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

phi999 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR and the AMLC) where required by law or necessary to provide the phi999 service.

12. Amendments

phi999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phi999 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the phi999 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using phi999 and may request account closure by contacting phi999 support.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the phi999 Platform.

phi999 operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. phi999 complies with all applicable Philippine gaming laws, anti-money laundering regulations, and data privacy requirements.
